Outlaws Subscription Rules

In 2008 Outlaws introduced a mandatory Yearly payment plan for all its members. This is in a form of a one off YEARLY payment divided by the amount the clan pays out yearly by the amount of members within the clan. The amount may increase or decrease yearly depending on the clans out goings and amount of clan members it is divided between.

Although clan members pay their yearly subscription failure to be active within the clan and its activities clan members can be removed from the clan without any form of reimbursement of funds.

If a member is to be absent from the clan for any period of time that member’s duty is to inform the clan so that the above does not happen.

Realistic time scale for inactivity is between 1 to 2 months yearly.

Outlaws General rules:

1. Clan Tags to be worn In all outlaws server tags to be shown as in Clanbase.

2. No swearing or abuse on any outlaw server including vent.

3. Clan Tags will be issued by clan leaders only any one Issuing clan tags without authority from clan leader?s maybe Stripped of Clan tags and removed from the clan.

4. Rejoining the clan

the clan Holds a no return policy on members that leave only under extreme conditions may you be re-accepted into the clan.

5. If you are to be AWOL for more than 1 week please inform a clan leader via email, forum post or Private message.

6. The clan expects a minimum of 4 hrs gaming per week for commitment to the clans servers and software that is provided.

7. Failure to show for a match after agreeing to at clanbase and or letting the clan team down on preparation for matches (in the way of match training etc) may result in your removal from the clanbase league team roster.

Outlaws ClanBase and Or Scrim Rules::

1. Members are expected to check clan base on a regular basis and state there intentions to attend (i.e YES!! or NO!!)

2. Only clan members registered at clanbase are eligible to play in clanbase official matches.

3. If you under take a challenge of arranging a scrim or match with the clan then you take full responsibility for the match, members and the way it is conducted. Any complaints will fall to you.

3a. If you agree to play a full match and you leave before the end of the match has finished for no GOOD reason. The clan reserves the right to strip you of your tags and remove you from the clan.

4. Abusive or bad behaviour within clan matches or clan scrims by any clan Member may result in your dismissal from the clan. This includes calling other players cheats over server chat.

5. Scrims will be arranged by authorised clan members only No other clan member unless stated so

6. Clan base training guidline. Generally it will be expected that the League team will train the night before the alocated scrim night and will be online a maximum of 3 hours before the start of the war on the scrim night. these times may change according to the oposing clan threat judged by the war admin or commander. If ther is a verisation of the above you should be informed with the maximum notice possible.

7. On Designated clan training nights or clan active nights No clan wars /scrims friendly or other wise should or will be played only under extreme circumstances and verified via a clan leader should scrims be played on these nights.

Ventrilo Rules::

1. Members are expected to use The clans ventrilo channel whilst gaming. If for any reason they do not wish to then ther must be a valid reason for this.

2. Clan members are to use Ventrilo for the clan Game as a whole and no othere online personal gaming.

3. No swearing or abuse on any outlaw server including vent.

Rank Chart Rules

1. POINTS System
this points system is subject to change.

Awarded Points
20 Points for attending training playing in matches etc
30 Points being a sub and showing up!.
30 points for (M.O.M) Man of the Match

Deducted Points

50
Points deducted for the following reasons
not showing for clan events Training , Or match practice
without notice either by clan forums or direct email to the(Co's) commanding officers of the clan event (i.e training officer or war admin etc)

100
Points deducted for not showing for match after stating your availability without notice.

Extra Points

Extra points can be awarded for other events and tasks within the clan.

Good luck on your rank chart success all details will be past to the Rank officer via the clan Co's training officer etc.

All clan choices regarding Ranks can be appealed against but must be made via email to a clan leader within 1 week of the offence!.

Appeals will be heard over ventrilo in a private channel!.

Cheating::

1. ANY Clan member found to be cheating which gives advantage over another player will be banned instantly and or kicked from the clan. Your pc is your responsibility no excuses will be good enough No spec nading, T'killing etc.
